Strength Training – We’ll Keep You Moving
The best way to start training properly is to work with an exercise specialist or a physiotherapist. Our physiotherapist will assess, diagnose, and create a suitable strengthening exercise plan. They will establish objectives and create an exercise program to achieve those objectives. Our strengthening program includes a single exercise, but the frequency and intensity of each exercise will vary.
