Understanding the Types of Spondylitis

Spondylitis Pain Treatment

A collection of chronic arthritis-like illnesses affecting the joints of the spine and sacroiliac area are collectively referred to as spondylitis. The pelvis and lower spine are parts of the sacroiliac area. Spondylitis is divided into several subgroups by medical experts. Widespread inflammation caused by some subtypes can impact several organs or systems in the body.

Exercises, physical therapy, and medication are available as forms of treatment. In addition to receiving regular care, some people might want to explore complementary therapies including acupuncture, massage, and relaxation techniques.
