The external silicone part allows for an easy rider's foot release in all directions in the event of a fall. The silicone part is interchangeable and available in a wide range of colours, it´s more rigid at the base ensuring greater stability and a perfect fit for the rider. The stainless steel stirrup top with horizontal openings ensures optimal grip in all conditions, protecting the item from corrosion. The strategically placed lock and release mechanism prevents accidental slipping. The stirrup is equipped with a footbed with Grip System and is covered in aluminum with a "shot peening" surface treatment. All around helpful---worth the money!

This guide has been most helpful for all the folks I help prepare for the iTEP test! It gives insight into what each section of the test is looking for along with examples and great tips about actually TAKING the test. In the Writing and Speaking sections, it also gives sample scores and comments from the Master Grader which is very helpful too.
