Power Rangers fans get excited because to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the original 1993 Mighty Morphin Power Rangers television series, Funko have just announced their new Lord Drakkon Pop! Vinyl Figure!

 

Any true 90s kid will recall racing home from school to make sure you didn't miss watching the Power Rangers take on Rita and her crew of baddies. Mighty Morphin Power Rangers was such a success that it not only spawned a full-length film, but there's also over 20 sequel series!

 

This Pop! features the evil Lord Drakkon, who appears in Boom! Studios' Mighty Morphin Power Rangers comic series, a modern alternate retelling of the TV series. Lord Drakkon is an evil Power Ranger who controls the Black Dragon and battles the Power Rangers. He is a cruel and older version of Tommy Oliver from an alternate reality who rules his Earth with an iron fist from a dystopiac and futuristic Angel Grove.

The only feature I don't care for is the two pocket billfold section. I find it restricts how far it opens up which then makes it hard to see the money you're carrying. I would have been better to not have this so it would open farther and just put two horizontal fabric pockets on the front side of the bill section to hold some business cards.
