Dose:
Vaidyaratnam Mahathikthakam Kashayam should be consumed after consulting an Ayurvedic expert. Generally, the following steps are followed to have the decoction.
- Take the tonic twice a day
- Have the tonic before meals
- Take 1-2 tablespoon of the tonic per day
- Mix an equal amount of lukewarm water with the tonic
- Take the decoction along with honey to improve its taste
