All phones and tablets come with multiple languages.  Please make sure to select the correct language needed on the first page of setup screen.  If you missed that option, then you have to do a reset on the phone to get back to the same screen to select the desired language.  Please contact us if you need any help.

If we receive the phone or tablet back with a pin lock, user lock, pattern lock, Google account lock, apple id lock, or any type of lock, then we will charge you $100 to unlock it.  If it is not unlockable then we have to either send the phone back to you or you have to provide us with the correct credentials to unlock it.  If the credentials you provide don’t work then you will be charged $100.  This fee is besides any restocking fee.  In some cases it is impossible to unlock the above mention locks.  In that case we will send the phone back and no refund will be given.  This is because the phone will not be in a usable condition.  We hope all our buyers understand this and return the devices without any locks in it.

If you think that it is not as per your expectation, please contact us through messages so that we can help you meet your expectations.  We are doing our best to satisfy our customers.  After that if you still see any problem please contact us messages. PLEASE PLEASE don't open any request or case on before contacting us. Even if a request or case is open accidentally, then that is also counting negatively on our performance.  Once the case or request open, then we have to follow shopify policy and we can't go out of the way to help you.  So once again please give us a chance to help you better.  Please don't open any case or request.  If we don’t help you, then you can tell shopify to help by opening a case.

 Customs: Every country has different customs rates and laws. This is the buyer's duty to the government. Customs is the international buyer's responsibility. Buyers should check with Customs in their country about any import tax/duties/customs fee/carrier fee before buying.

1.We will NOT be responsible for any customs and/or carrier charges and no refund will be made.

3.If those charges are greater than item cost we have the right to declare it abounded/destroyed with the carrier, and no refund will be applied to buyer.
