This Fender Custom Shop Limited Edition Jazz Bass was born in the FCS Corona, California location and is an instrument built with the attention to detail and pride that has become synonymous with the name that it bears.

Featuring a 2-piece ash body, this bass achieves an equilibrium of tone and weight, as its body wood has been hand sorted by the Fender Custom Shop to ensure that it's as light as it can be. The body features the iconic offset J-Bass shape with a comfy belly contour and is graced with a '64 J-Bass style pickguard, as well as vintage-style ashtray pickup and bridge covers, inspired by some of the original models of this timeless instrument.

With a quarter-sawn maple neck cut to a '60-Style Jazz Bass "C' profile, the limitless FCS craftsmanship can be found in all components of this Jazz Bass, including its fingerboard which features Special Block inlays, and Medium Jumbo 6150 frets. The fingerboard offers a 9.5" radius and 34" scale length- both common for the J-Bass design- as well as a round-lam attachment to the neck wood.

In the pickup department, this J-Bass features two FCS relic'd hand-wound Vintage J-Bass pickups. These pickups are designed and assembled in-house, and the result an accurately recreated vintage thump of Fender's original J-Basses that's easily controlled with three separate knobs: a volume for each individual pickup, as well as a master tone knob.

Fender's Custom Shop Heavy Relic treatment affords this J-Bass a one-of-a-kind aesthetic identity. This finish is an intentional journey into the past, with relic buckle rash, shoulder wear, and nuanced wear and tear that exposes the raw ash beneath its nitrocellulose lacquer finish. The relic'ing extends to all the hardware, the pickups, and the back of the neck which is worn down to wood through its gloss nitro finish, offering an extremely smooth surface for hand motion up and down the neck.

This beautiful instrument arrives in a Fender Custom Shop J-Bass Hard Case, with a black finish and a plush interior.

AWESOME Look and Quality
Color: Brown, Size: 2Tier60in
I love these shelves and have bought additional for other areas in the house. I love the look of the industrial pipes, the color of the shelves is perfect, they are sturdy and hold a lot of weight. They are somewhat difficult to assemble, but it's expected as hanging shelves are never fun to hang. I love them. If you are on the fence, just do it :)

Nice, but a bear to install
Color: Black, Size: 3Tier48in
Quality product that looks good on our shiplap wall of the wet bar space. The install was a real trip and extremely difficult. You definitely need 2 or more people to install as the direction tell you to put the entire item together, then hang on the wall. This makes it impossible to do yourself.

Color: Brown, Size: 3Tier48in, Color: Brown, Size: 3Tier48in
Very sturdy shelves and super easy to put together. I would put the shelves together starting with the bottoms then after it’s put together tighten everything up also starting from the bottom.

Great buy
Great shelf base! The price is great and it does the job. I just got the actual shelves from Lowe’s and they work great. I used for my teen son’s room and he loves them!
